The first thing you need to think about is exposure. No matter how hot the market is, the more eyes you get on your home, the better the return you will see. In fact, a statistic from the National Association of Realtors is that 67% of buyers will walk through a home that they see online. Hire A Negotiation Expert
The next thing you want to do is hire someone who is really good at negotiating. According to NAR, most agents sell fewer than two homes a year. The last things to consider are price, condition, and location. Here’s the deal – everyone thinks their home is worth more than it really is. It’s totally normal, but these algorithms don’t consider upgrades, views, conditions, location, and more.
