So we have come to the end of 2021, and it was a crazy housing market in the Denver area. How did the Reunion neighborhood fair in 2021? Make sure to watch this video to find out.

Hi, I am Tristan Colborg, with the Denver Real Estate Agent.com and eXp Realty in Denver. I live in the Reunion Neighborhood, so I am constantly staying on top of the market. Let’s look at the housing stats for the Reunion neighborhood in 2021.

Reunion Inventory And Days On Market

In 2021 we saw 250 homes sold throughout the neighborhood, with a median of 4 days on the market; this means houses were on the MLS for about 4 days before they went under contract. To give you an idea of how that fairs, the Denver Metro area saw a median of 21 days on the market. So it was a hot seller’s market in our neighborhood this past year.

Reunion Median Sales Price

When it came to the median sales price, we ended the year at $525,000 up 18.59% from the previous 12 months and up 32.91% over the last 24 months. And, listings on average closed for 103% of the list price.

Homeowners got a nice jump in their home values throughout the year, with Reunion seeing a 22.68% increase in median estimated home value and ending the year at $557,000. This increase is substantially higher than what experts predicted and has helped build a lot of equity for homeowners.

How Will 2022 Be For The Reunion Neighborhood Housing Market

So will 2022 be another solid year for the Reunion housing market? Many indicators are trending in that direction. Housing inventory in the neighborhood is extremely low, with currently less than 10 active houses on the MLS. In addition, many builders are out 6-12 months to complete newly purchased homes. Add in the fact that interest rates are still at historic lows, and buyer demand is still strong. The Reunion housing market looks to be set up for another strong year.

So if you have been thinking about selling your Reunion home, now is a great time. You should see multiple offers and be able to get the best terms. If you have any additional questions on the housing market, or if I can be of any assistance reach out. Again, I’m Tristan Colborg The Denver Real Estate Agent, and remember, you deserve an elevated real estate experience.
