Currently, we have only five homes active on the market for sale, meaning we have minimal inventory and putting the power in the hands of sellers. In the past 30 days, 15 homes closed with a median price of $570,000 up $5,600 from the previous month. We also so an average of 16 days on the market. That means we currently have less than one week of housing inventory. So the Reunion housing market continues to be hot, and is a perfect time to sell.
