With such limited house inventory on the market right now, expect a flood of buyers wanting to see your home; we’ve had as many as 30 people wanting to see a home the first day it goes on the market. This can be stressful and overwhelming to a seller, and trust me, I know how it feels. My name is Tristan Colborg with The Denver Real Estate Agent.com and eXp Realty.
Tips To Make Selling Experience Easier
You may be wondering how do I handle all the agents, showing times and coordinating everything. Here are a few tips that may make the experience easier on you. So my advice is to leave for the entire day or weekend and come back at night once the frenzy is over. If that doesn’t work for you, then you can allow overlapping showings. This means letting multiple buyers and their agents in the home simultaneously, now this isn’t customary, but if you don’t want to be inconvenienced and want to make sure that all the buyers have the opportunity to see the home, this could be an option. And by the way, this also helps with FOMO, Fear of Missing Out. When buyers see other buyers in the property, they may be willing to pay even more because they don’t want to lose out, and it creates competition.
You Have All The Control
There are quite a few options to consider, but I don’t want to keep you for too long. The good news is that you’ve got all the control and should expect to sell your home for top dollar and with the most favorable terms. If you’d like more information and are thinking about selling in Commerce City 80022 or Thornton 80233, give me a call at The Denver Real Estate agent.com. I’d be happy to help because you deserve an elevated real estate experience.
