Lack Of Home Inventory
What’s the biggest challenge we see in the Real Estate market here in Commerce City, CO 80022 and Thornton, CO 8060? It’s the lack of inventory. It’s been insane, and there aren’t enough homes to support buyer demand. In fact, according to ReColorado, we only have just under 4500 Active homes in inventory in the entire state as compared to January 2016 where we had almost triple the amount of inventory. This means as a seller; there has never been a better time to sell.
More Money In Your Pocket
