Building A House Vs Buying- Advantages To Building New Construction

Video Transcript Below

Buying a home is exciting, but should you buy a new build home or a resale home? Today we are talking about the benefits of buying a new build.

There are many benefits to buying New Construction home in Denver, and here are a few.

  1. Building a home gives you more options to customize your home for your needs and your lifestyle.
  2. Maintenance costs are inexpensive. Can you imagine moving into your Pre Existing home and having your AC go out on you? Because these homes are brand new, the chances of having issues as soon as you move in are very low.
  3.  Another advantage of buying brand new is having a move-in ready home. You won’t have to re-do floors, paint, or update appliances.
  4. Last but not least, new home warranty. Just like when you purchase a new car, a new construction home – and everything in it – often comes with a warranty. This means you can buy with confidence knowing the builder will cover the cost of any issues during the warranty period, such as a leaky roof or broken water heater.
